All products are carefully packed so that they arrive safely at their destination.
Fine Art prints are shipped in a flat kraft envelope. Inside, a cardboard sheet and a bubble plastic sheet are added to provide greater protection to the package.
Shipping costs are determined by your location / country of residence.
Shipments are made on Friday of each week through Chilean Post office, with standard / normal shipments, which is the cheapest basic rate, therefore it does not have tracking numbers after leaving Chile.
* However, until now, shipments have always arrived in their time and I have never had a problem with that. *
For domestic orders, arrival times are approximately 3 to 5 business days from dispatch to most regions.
A notification email will be sent to you when the order has been shipped.
In case you cannot make a shipment, you will be notified via email or to your cell phone (in case you give it)
If there is any delay during the delivery of your order, please contact me so that I can communicate with the postal company. Anyway, I ask you to keep in mind that these delays do not depend on me, but I will be keeping you informed.
For international orders, arrival times range from 21 to 30 business days from shipment.
You will be notified via email when your order has been sent, however if I cannot make the shipment on time due to any circumstance, I will let you know in the same way.
• Import charges:
All taxes and customs fees are collected at the destination, therefore I have no control or knowledge of these additional charges.
For the above reason, it is not possible for me to make a refund or take charge of these fees.
If you need more information regarding this item, ask at your country's post office.
• Damaged or lost package:
I do my best to ensure that your package is sent safely and securely, however, there may be the possibility of loss or that your package may suffer some damage during shipping and unfortunately neither you nor I have control over this. So if something happens to your package, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible.
In case of loss, let me know as soon as possible so that I can contact the post office and do everything possible so that your package is located and delivered.
In case of damaged package, I ask you to take a photo as soon as you open the package and send me an email to email@example.com.
Depending on the case, I can make a refund of the purchase or an exchange, in case of refund of the purchase, I will notify you via email of this solution and the money will be returned in full in the next 72 hours.
In case you have to re-send the product, I am not responsible for the shipping costs, and these will have to be paid by the buyer.
